VANTA Network is a permissionless and decentralized network ensuring private, secure, and real-time connectivity. It allows corporations and individuals to create and commercialize real-time data transmission services at low costs. The network will eventually seek to enable infinite connectivity among every device wherever they are.
The goal of VANTA Network is to let individuals build decentralized networks that carry out real-time data transmissions as well as process and record that data by choosing smart peers, cooperating, and evaluating one another leveraging the VANTA Network protocol and consensus algorithm.
Individuals can participate by installing the apps created on the VANTA API or installing the VANTA core client on their smartphone or computer. Network participants compete with one another to “receive the data transmission/storage/processing task requested by the network in real time, and perform key tasks such as peer finding & connection (to communicate in a P2P manner), data relaying, caching, processing and verification.”
Every node within the network is evaluated against each other for network bandwidth, memory, computing power, network contribution, and connection durability. VANTA may be utilized for various applications such as voice/video call development, human-to-human message/file transfer, transmitting/processing different real-time data accumulated from IoT sensors, and real-time image data streaming to numerous individuals.
